The obsidian sanctum contains four drakes and can be done with none, 1,2 or 3 drakes up when battling Sartharion:
- One drake up: Sartharion and Tenebron (middle back) added 30 seconds after start and increases shadow damage by 100%
- Two drakes up: Sartharion, Tenebron and Vesperon (left) added 120 seconds after start and increases fire damage by 100%
- Three drakes up: Sartharion, Tenebron, Vesperon and Shadron (right) added 75 seconds after start and decreases maximum health of all enemies by 25%
